Terms & Conditions 📃

1. Payment Terms

Airbnb Hosts:

• Move-Out Cleanings: Payment for move-out cleaning services is due upon the completion of services. Accepted payment methods include [credit card, bank transfer, check, Zelle, cash].

• Regular Airbnb Cleanings: Invoices for regular Airbnb cleaning services will be issued after each visit. Payment is due within [5 days] from the invoice date. A late fee of [7%] will be applied to overdue balances beyond [7 days].

Core Cleaning Services:

• Regular Cleaning Services: Invoices for regular cleaning services (e.g., office buildings, apartments, common areas) will be issued monthly. Payment is due within [5 days] from the invoice date. A late fee of [7%] will be charged for overdue balances beyond [7 days].

• Late Payments: If payments are not received within the stipulated period, Deep Green Disinfecting reserves the right to suspend or terminate cleaning services until payment is made in full.

2. Service Scope

Core Cleaning Services:

• Our core cleaning services include but are not limited to: lobby cleaning, gym cleaning, window washing, elevator sanitizing, trash management, restroom cleaning, vacuuming, and surface sanitization. Additional services or special requests outside of the listed scope will require mutual agreement and may incur additional charges.

Airbnb Host Cleaning Services:

• Airbnb cleaning services include all standard cleaning and disinfecting tasks required between guest stays, such as bed making, bathroom sanitization, kitchen cleaning, and trash removal. Additional services, such as laundry, furniture rearrangement, or deep-cleaning requests, will incur additional charges.

Move-Out Cleanings (Airbnb & Non-Airbnb):

• For move-out cleanings, we will perform a thorough cleaning of the space according to an agreed-upon checklist. Additional services (e.g., carpet cleaning, furniture removal) will be invoiced separately.

Time Estimates Clause:

• Please note that time estimates provided for any cleaning project are approximations. Our employees are skilled and well-trained, so tasks may be completed more efficiently than initially anticipated. These timeframes are intended as guidelines and not fixed commitments.

3. Scheduling & Cancellations

Airbnb Hosts:

• Service Schedule: Regular cleaning services for Airbnb hosts will be scheduled based on the check-in/check-out times. Changes to the schedule must be communicated at least [48 hours] in advance to avoid rescheduling fees.

• Cancellations: Cancellations made within [24 hours] of the scheduled cleaning will incur a cancellation fee of [$75]. Cancellations outside of this window will not be subject to a fee.

Core Cleaning Services:

• Any changes or cancellations for regular cleaning services must be communicated at least [48 hours] prior to the scheduled service to avoid any fees.

4. Contract Terms

Short-Term Contracts:

• Payment for short-term services (per-visit or monthly) is due based on the agreed-upon invoice, with a payment schedule set in advance.

Long-Term Contracts:

• Long-term agreements, such as weekly or bi-weekly cleaning services, may qualify for discounted rates. These agreements typically span [six months to one year]. The contract terms and discount structure will be specified in the signed contract.

Termination of Contract:

• Either party may terminate a long-term contract with a [30-day] notice. Early termination may incur a cancellation fee based on the remaining term.

5. Additional Services

Special Requests:

• Any additional cleaning requests not included in the original proposal (e.g., pressure washing, additional deep cleaning, carpet cleaning) can be arranged and will be invoiced separately.

Emergency Cleaning Services:

• In cases of unexpected cleaning needs (e.g., spills, urgent requests), emergency cleaning services can be scheduled at a premium charge.

6. Liability & Insurance

Insurance:

• Deep Green Disinfecting is fully insured for general liability and workers' compensation. We take precautions to ensure that your property is treated with care during our cleaning process.

Damage to Property:

• Deep Green Disinfecting is not liable for pre-existing damage or items that cannot withstand the cleaning process (e.g., fragile items). Clients are responsible for securing valuable or delicate items before cleaning.

7. Sustainability Commitment

Eco-Friendly Products:

• We use environmentally friendly and non-toxic cleaning products whenever possible to ensure a safe, sustainable cleaning process.

Waste Disposal:

• We follow responsible waste disposal practices. Clients are responsible for any additional waste disposal fees that may arise during specialized cleaning services, such as move-out cleanings.

8. Confidentiality & Privacy

Confidentiality:

• Deep Green Disinfecting respects the privacy of all clients. Personal or sensitive information regarding properties or tenants will not be shared with third parties without explicit consent.

9. Agreement to Terms
